The BCCI has made it to the headlines once again, and it is not due to some performances. This time, the board has been on the headlines for having a new company as their sponsor. Asian Paints have now joined the team as their new colour partner for the next few years, adding their name to the elite list of companies

This partnership between the BCCI and Asian Paints has been announced on Tuesday, and it will provide a valuable addition to the BCCI. Moreover, being the partners of the biggest cricket board, it will be beneficial for the Asian Paints also to reap profits from the same. They have joined the long list of associate sponsors of the team.

1. About the Sponsorship

On Tuesday, both the BCCI and Asian Paints have confirmed that the paints company has joined the BCCI as their new colour partner. It should be noted that Asian Paints have been actively a part of the sponsorship game in cricket. And their deal with the BCCI now strengthens their portfolio of sponsorship, as the company as a colour partner.

With their turnover exceeding 30,000 crore rupees, the Asian Paints have taken over the colour partner role. The deal which has taken place between the BCCI and Asian Paints for the same is being valued at 45 crore rupees. While the actual news for the same remains unclear, the 45 crore price is expected to be the actual one, with with them for three years.

The deal between the BCCI and Asian Paints is not just limited to the international matches being played by the Indian team. In this deal, a massive total of 110 games are being covered, which includes the international matches. Along with that, it also covers games from the Women's Premier League and Indian Premier League.
