Just like the impressive win over Liverpool, Chelsea delivered a memorable performance in Matchweek 35 with a 3-1 victory over the newly crowned champions. The standout player was Cole Palmer, who ended a 19-match goal drought by scoring a penalty, securing all three points for Chelsea. Palmer’s key contribution came after playing a role in Chelsea’s opening goal, and his composed penalty showcased his return to form. His display earned him a spot in Alan Shearer's Team of the Week alongside teammates Romeo Lavia and Enzo Fernandez.

In addition to Palmer's brilliance, Lavia controlled the midfield against Liverpool, showing his class and composure. Fernandez, Chelsea’s captain for the season, opened the scoring and impressed throughout the match.

Other notable performances included Kevin Schade’s brace for Brentford, which helped his team win a seven-goal thriller, and Jamie Vardy's 199th goal for Leicester, contributing to their victory over Southampton. In defense, Josko Gvardiol stood out with a dominant display and a brilliant goalline clearance for Manchester City, while AFC Bournemouth's defense, led by Illia Zabarnyi and Dean Huijsen, kept a strong Arsenal attack quiet in a historic win at the Emirates.
