Investigations by the local town council uncovered several unauthorized additions, including outdoor lounges with pergolas, elevated terraces on protected land, and a garage converted into a living space.

These violations allegedly breach Spain’s coastal and environmental protection laws, earning the estate the label of a “toxic asset” from local authorities.
