‌The game of cricket has witnessed some comical moments which has left everyone in splits. One of these incidents were seen in the Asia Cup match between Pakistan and Bangladesh as the Men in Green missed an easy run out of Saif Hasan in the power play in a do-or-die match in Dubai.

Pakistan was restricted to a below-par score of 135/8 in the first innings, giving Bangladesh a great chance to win the game and make it to the Asia Cup 2025 final against India. However, the Men in Green kept themselves in the game as Shaheen Afridi got a couple of wickets in the power play. While the first wicket was a straightforward chance, the lead up to the second wicket was absolute chaos. 

The incident took place on the first ball of the fifth over, where Towhid Hridoy jabbed the ball towards point and took a couple of steps to signal a run. However, he gave up at the last minute as Saif Hasan was halfway down the wicket. While it seemed like an easy run-out chance, the Pakistan fielders made a mess of it as Saim Ayub missed the throw, and there was no one to back it up. This resulted in Hasan comfortably reaching in his crease. Though this was a moment of good fortune, it did not cost the Green Shirts at all as Hridoy threw his wicket away in the next delivery.

Fans could not stop laughing at the incident.
