Today, i.e., 3 December, marks six months since Royal Challengers Bengaluru won their first ever IPL trophy. It was a historic moment for the franchise, as they got to lay hands on their first ever IPL title. Despite being to the finals three times before also, the team was never able to win the same.

But the 18th edition of the IPL turned out to be lucky for number 18. Royal Challengers Bengaluru defeated Punjab Kings in the final match, and this time, they were able to end the wait. With six months of their maiden IPL win being completed, the team posted a on their official handles with a special edit for the same.

Royal Challengers Bengaluru posted a video on their social media handles which has quickly taken over the internet. In this video, there are moments of the iconic final victory secured by the franchise exactly six months ago in the final match against Punjab Kings. The chase didn't give a good start for RCB, as Punjab Kings went on to score runs. But Josh Hazlewood was able to strike wickets in the power play for the team as he dismissed Priyansh Arya. The main breakthrough came during the 10th over, when Romario Shepherd was able to take the wicket of Shreyas Iyer, dismissing him for just one run.

Shashank Singh tried his best to help Punjab Kings to win the title. But his efforts went in vain, as the team fell 6 runs short from winning the finals.
