While the IPL has delivered action-packed moments around the world, the PSL too has its share of entertainment. One such instance came during the game between Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators, where Hasan Ali brought smiles all around by mimicking Abrar Ahmed’s signature celebration.

‌The match kicked off with Karachi Kings setting a total of 175/7, courtesy of a solid 70 off 47 balls from James Vince, along with useful knocks from David Warner (31) and Mohammad Nabi (18). In response, Quetta Gladiators struggled to build momentum as their top order crumbled. Apart from a spirited 30 off 16 balls by Mohammad Amir, the chase never took off, and they were held to 119/9. However, it was the dismissal of Abrar Ahmed that brought laughter and light-heartedness to the field.

The amusing moment unfolded in the 19th over of Quetta’s innings when Hasan Ali delivered a slower ball to Abrar Ahmed. Attempting a big heave after moving across the stumps, Abrar completely missed the ball, which went on to crash into his leg stump. After picking up the wicket, Hasan turned toward Abrar and then cheekily imitated Abrar’s trademark head-nod celebration. The fun ended on a wholesome note as Hasan walked over and shared a warm hug with the dismissed batter, sparking smiles both on the field and online.

LOL!!
