Indian Cricket team’s new clothing sponsor Oppo have unveiled the new Jersey for the upcoming Champions Trophy to be held in England, in June. Players will take part in the official unveiling session at the JW Marriott Sahar Hotel in Mumbai before the Champions Trophy.

After Star India pulled out of the bidding process, OPPO Mobiles India Private Limited bagged the rights till the year 2022. Their sponsorship phase has already been started from April 2017 and will go on for the next five years.

The new Indian team Jersey is almost the same. While the color is the same shade of blue, the strip of tricolor that runs down the shoulders us the new addition to the design.

The Indian team will play two warm-up matches - against New Zealand and Bangladesh before facing off against arch rivals Pakistan in the first match on June 3. But clouds of uncertainty still hover over India’s participation in the tournament as BCCI officials have already prepared the legal notice to be sent to ICC against the new revenue model.
