Harsha Bhogle analyses MS Dhoni’s decision to quit captaincy

Harsha Bhogle feels there will not be another captain who will leave a legacy like MS Dhoni. The cricket expert thinks this is a ‘selfless move’ by Dhoni, who must have thought that this is the right time for Virat Kohli to take over, and is typical of a man who prefers not to hog the limelight.

As MS Dhoni shocked his fans by stepping down as the limited-overs captain, Harsha Bhogle took to Twitter to applaud and analyze this decision. Harsha feels that this Indian team has slowly turned into Kohli’s team over the past one year, and that with the Champions Trophy coming up, it is the right time for Dhoni to move aside.

Harsha looked back at Dhoni's career, and how he has won nearly everything there is to win in the sport and saw a man who never hogged the limelight, even after guiding his team to a win at the World Cup in 2011.
